Job Opportunity:

We are seeking support workers who can provide care and assistance to individuals with high physical care requirements in the western Sydney region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to clients with complex needs.
  • Conduct manual handling and personal care tasks as required.
  • Assist with bowel care and feeding, light domestic duties and social support.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Candidates with experience supporting clients with spinal cord injuries or motor neurone disease are highly regarded.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Valid driver's license
  • National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
  • Senior First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS worker orientation certificate

A Certificate 3/4 in disability is highly regarded but not essential for this role.
