**About the Role**

We have various clients in the **Wollongong area **with low to high care/complex care needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Personal Care** assistance including showering and supporting with hygiene
- Work with participants to **access services and activities in the community**, supporting clients with appointments & offering companionship
- Providing Support in everyday activities around the home including **domestic assistance & meal preparation**.
- ** Early morning shifts available **throughout the week as well as a longer day shift 9.30am - 4.30pm

**About you**

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client's needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Good understanding of and capacity of working with **Neurological disabilities** like MS & managing Diabetes
- ** Good Manual Handing** skills including hoist & transfers
- Comfortable working around **animals** especially cats
- A current NSW Drivers License desirable but not essential
- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date **Covid 19 vaccinations** including booster shot
