Job Title: Educational Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our team at St Benedict's Outside of School Hours Care in Mango Hill. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with families, children, and colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of our children
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or related field
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Passion for working with children and families in a play-based environment
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
