We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to take on the role of Lead Educator at St Benedict's Outside of School Hours Care in Mango Hill. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their practice and skills
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care and education
Requirements:
  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Passion for working with school-aged children in a play-based environment
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place framework
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
