About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Education Commercial Executive.

Job Description:
  • To drive revenue growth and ensure compliance through the sales process across education accounts.
  • To understand the unique needs of education customers and tailor commercial solutions to support long-term success.
  • To lead internal and external sales motions through commercial constructs and deal-making, optimizing investment and customization.
  • To identify and maximize business opportunities with new offerings like Microsoft Copilot, ensuring successful execution.
  • To collaborate with Sales and Finance stakeholders to define negotiation strategies and align on pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • To act as the lead negotiator, preparing compelling proposals, articulating value, and addressing customer concerns.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of sales and negotiation experience, including experience as a Commercial Executive with a strong understanding of Microsoft's Education Contracting models.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English languages, including written and verbal fluency.
