As a Graduate Hardware Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of high-frequency trading.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Embark on a two-week international traineeship in one of our global offices, where you'll gain a deeper understanding of our business and be trained by the best engineers and traders.
  • From day one, you'll be immersed in real projects, complex problem-solving, and opportunities to learn from our strongest engineers and traders.
  • You'll develop your knowledge of algorithm complexity, professional design, and writing fluent code with our state-of-the-art technology.
  • Learn both hardware and software development skills, including FPGA technology, C++, and SystemVerilog programming languages.
  • Enhance your knowledge of our business model and learn about high-frequency trading.
  • Build key relationships across our trading and technology teams.
  • Work collaboratively in an environment where creativity, teamwork, and innovation are recognized and rewarded.
  • Be supported by a mentor specifically chosen to work with you and guide you through each step of your traineeship project and onboarding process.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • An academic background in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with a minimum Distinction average, or equivalent.
  • A desire to work with FPGA technology.
  • Proficient experience in SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
  • Knowledge of C, C++, or Python.
  • Knowledge of logic design.
