**Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Embark on a two-week international training program in one of our global offices, gaining insights into our diverse business areas and learning from the best engineers and traders.
  • From day one, you'll be immersed in real-world projects, complex problem-solving, and opportunities to learn from our top engineers and traders.
  • Develop your knowledge of algorithm complexity, professional design, and writing fluent code with our state-of-the-art technology.
  • Learn both hardware and software development skills, with a focus on FPGA technology.
  • Work with cutting-edge FPGA technology and develop your skills in C++ and SystemVerilog programming languages.
  • Enhance your understanding of our business model and learn about high-frequency trading.
  • Build strong relationships across our trading and technology teams.
  • Collaborate in an environment that values creativity, teamwork, and innovation.
  • Be supported by a dedicated mentor who will guide you through your traineeship project and onboarding process.

**Your Skills and Experience:**

  • A strong academic background in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with a minimum Distinction average.
  • A desire to work with FPGA technology and a passion for innovation.
  • Proficient experience in SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
  • Knowledge of C, C++, or Python programming languages.
  • Understanding of logic design principles.
