Job Description:

As an independent voice, this role ensures the interests of toll road users are central to NSW toll roads' operation, service design, and governance.

The successful candidate will advocate on behalf of customers by managing complaints, identifying systemic issues, and driving improvements in customer experience.

This position involves acting as a spokesperson for the public interest, providing expert advice, and offering timely information about toll roads and services.

Additionally, the role champions toll road users by integrating customer advocacy into strategic decision-making, considering community concerns, feedback, and evolving expectations.
