Job Description

To support the delivery of training programs for TFS and SES personnel, we require an individual to coordinate logistics and provide administrative assistance.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Training Delivery team to ensure the smooth operation of training courses, aligning with the goals of the Training and Education division.

This role involves allocating and administering students and instructors for training courses, while fostering a collaborative environment.

Pre-employment checks may be conducted on nominated candidates. Serious criminal offences or repeated incidents may lead to declining an application.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

We are seeking a candidate with high-level administrative skills and experience in coordinating training programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating and administering students and instructors for training courses
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Training Delivery team
  • Coordinating logistics for training programs

Desirable requirements include a Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification, as well as knowledge of working in a Registered Training Organisation and associated legislative requirements.
