Job Title: Regional Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of training programs for TFS and SES personnel, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Provide administrative support to the Training Delivery team and wider Training and Education division, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Support Training Instructors and District Staff with student and instructor allocation, promoting efficient utilization of resources.
Essential Requirements:
  • Pre-Employment Checks for serious criminal offences to ensure a safe working environment.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent qualification to demonstrate relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Current Driver's Licence to facilitate travel and attendance at training sessions.
  • Knowledge/experience working in a Registered Training Organisation to leverage expertise and best practices.
