Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Product & Regulatory Associate to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in naturopathy, nutrition, or health science – or someone early in their career or seeking a pivot – who wants hands-on exposure across Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Product Development.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop practical skills, and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, practitioner-first brand with a clear purpose.

Job Responsibilities

The Junior Product & Regulatory Associate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality systems and regulatory compliance
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of product labels and documentation
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient product launches
  • Providing administrative support to the NPD & Regulatory Manager
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in naturopathy, nutrition, health science, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of TGA-listed medicines and/or quality systems (advantageous, but not essential)
