Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our retail team.


The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Promote products and services through effective communication and up-selling techniques.
  • Operate point of sale systems, manage stock levels, and assist with fuel and stock deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective merchandising and stock control to maintain premium store presentation.

Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A confident and energetic approach to each shift, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Proactive communication and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused attitude.
