Job Title

Early Childhood Educator (Throsby)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional education and care to young children, with a focus on fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a high-quality curriculum consistent with organizational philosophy, regulations, and standards.
  • Contribute to the planning cycle and review, documenting individual and group learning and development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment, responding to children's strengths, interests, and needs.
  • Engage in critical reflection and utilize learning frameworks to enhance children's educational experiences.
  • Support children's well-being, individual needs, and comfort in daily routines.
  • In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Required Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
