The Job Description:

  • As a retail sales assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. This includes engaging with customers, responding to their queries, and helping them find the products they need.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a small team to achieve sales goals and improve store standards by actively contributing to visual merchandising and stock maintenance activities.

  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and provide solutions to problems as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge by consistently delivering high-quality customer experiences and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products.

  2. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on new products and services, and to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, teamwork, and time management.

  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives and goals, including participating in team-based projects and initiatives that promote teamwork, innovation, and problem-solving.
