The Night Manager plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight services. This position involves overseeing key aspects of hotel operations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily revenue audits and postings
  2. Coordinate paperwork and reports for finance and management teams
  3. Provide excellent guest services, including check-in/check-out, request handling, and hotel information
  4. Implement and maintain strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and safety
  5. Collaborate with Front Office Manager and General Manager to drive operational excellence
  6. Foster a positive and professional work environment by promoting high standards of quality and service
  7. Support Food & Beverage duties as needed, emphasizing efficient food production, beverage service, and cleaning practices

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality operations and relevant software
  • Valid RSA & First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain prior to starting
