About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury hospitality and has previous experience in a supervisory role. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the Front Office team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction ratings
- Ensure efficient and professional operations of the Front Office
- Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent reoccurrence
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between departments and teams
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in a hotel/hospitality environment
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar
- Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
- Second language skills are advantageous
- Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster
