Our Multidisciplinary Family Therapy program in a regional area offers an exceptional opportunity for a passionate and skilled Therapist to work with vulnerable families.
The Role on OfferWe're looking for someone who brings both clinical expertise and human connection to the table. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline
- Strong experience in risk assessment and safety management
- The ability to communicate and engage effectively with individuals and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
- Confidence using clinical software systems and maintaining detailed case records
- A flexible approach to working hours, including participation in an after-hours and weekend on-call roster
This intensive, home-based family preservation program is designed to support vulnerable families and keep children aged 0–17 safely at home.
