The Role
  • Deliver intensive, home-based family preservation programs designed to keep children aged 0–17 safely at home.
  • Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to deliver cutting-edge therapeutic models and gain hands-on experience.
  • Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team with 24/7 backup and flexible working arrangements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Strong risk assessment skills with a clear understanding of how to manage safety for clients, colleagues, and yourself.
  • Effective communication and engagement skills with individuals and families from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
  • Ability to maintain detailed, accurate case records using clinical software systems.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including participation in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call roster.
