Job Title: Safe Crane Operations Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals to manage the safe operation of cranes in a shutdown environment. The successful candidates will be required to undertake day-to-day supervision of teams, including the deployment of cranes and equipment resources.

About the Role:
  • Undertake day-to-day supervision of teams, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and escalate concerns as required.
  • Manage resource allocations, including equipment and personnel, to optimize efficiency.
  • Provide strong safety leadership amongst work groups.
Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the safe deployment of cranes and equipment resources.
  2. Ensure compliance with company and client safety policies and procedures.
  3. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships.
  4. Manage resource allocations to optimize efficiency.
  5. Provide strong safety leadership amongst work groups.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role, with significant crane industry knowledge.
  • Schedule 26 or WHS SRMS qualification.
  • Australian Driver's Licence with HR class.
  • High Risk Work Licence with CO and RI classes, as a minimum.
  • Working at Heights qualification (within 2 years' of issue).
  • White card.
  • Professional attitude towards field employees and clients.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
  • Previous experience operating Liebherr cranes, of varying sizes.
