Leading Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, be able to motivate and lead a team of sales associates, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, and present these reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular personnel performance appraisals, providing clear and actionable feedback and delivering constructive criticism to help staff improve.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items as required.
  • Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process.
  • Arrange promotional material and in-store displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Undertake key financial-planning tasks, including managing expenses and optimising store performance.
What You'll Need:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
