Team Leader Credit Controller Position.
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our credit controller team.
- Liaise with stakeholders to enforce national credit policy and ensure compliance.
- Manage outstanding debtors and debtor collection processes.
- Engage with partners, managers, and clients to achieve monthly collection targets.
- Prepare and deliver timely reports for efficient debtor ledger management.
- Distribute invoices and statements via bulk email and manage exceptions.
- Implement credit control policies and procedures.
- Adhere to national credit management policies, practices, and procedures.
- Prior exposure to a professional services setting.
- Intrinsic motivation and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective time management, organisational skills, and ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- A relevant diploma or equivalent professional experience.
