  • Resolve customer enquiries with patience and a sprinkle of magic, leaving them with a lasting smile.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members by providing them with the tools & knowledge they need to surprise & delight our customers.

You are well versed in the retail environment & carry the best in innovative practices in your bag of tricks. Customer service isn't just a job; it's an art form that you've mastered. A problem-solving pro with an innate ability to make thoughtful & well-informed decisions.
