Greenstone Financial Services is seeking a data-driven professional to oversee the development and implementation of impactful digital creative campaigns.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in operationalising workflows, harnessing AI for rapid asset generation, and designing multivariate testing programs to accelerate learning and lift profit.
  • They will also partner with stakeholders to convert insights into actionable roadmaps and develop scalable creative analysis frameworks.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our innovative marketing operations team and contribute to the growth of our digital media channels.

Responsibilities include turning data-driven creative insights into action, developing efficient creative workflows, and rapidly testing, learning, and scaling top-performing creative across digital channels and regions.

  • We seek an analytical thinker with a proven track record of using data to inform creative decisions, a deep understanding of digital channels, and the ability to adapt content to each platform's formats, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to ideate, iterate, and deliver high-quality content quickly, and have experience leveraging AI tools or the ability to source new tools to streamline and scale content production and testing.
