- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and measure outcomes.\
- Communicating compelling stories and visions to diverse stakeholders, leveraging exceptional written and verbal skills.\
- Building and maintaining relationships with donors, partners, and other key stakeholders to advance the organization's goals.\
- Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative approaches to fundraising, communication, and development.\

- Minimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising, with a proven track record in major gifts, planned-giving, and campaign management.\
- Experience in donor relationship management, including media relations, marketing, or communication software.\
- Familiarity with DEI principles and their application in fundraising and donor engagement.\
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as communications, public relations, or marketing.\
- CFRE certification is an asset.\
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse audiences.\
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform strategy and measure outcomes.\
- Proficiency in digital marketing and fundraising tools, including social media platforms and email marketing software.\
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.\
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and deadlines.\
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the field of philanthropy and development.\
