About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our client's team. As the face of the brand, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, stylish shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Motivate: Inspire and develop a team of sales associates to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Sales: Provide personalized styling advice and build strong customer relationships to drive sales performance.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, stock levels, and product ordering to meet customer demand.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
