Senior Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead our H&S team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of health and safety across the business, ensuring our systems, risk frameworks, and strategic initiatives are aligned and effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee enterprise-wide health and safety risk management
- Support business units in managing their operational risks
- Develop and continuously improve our HSE management system
- Play a key role in monitoring the execution of our H&S strategy and identifying future priorities
- Significant experience in a senior H&S role within utilities or a similar industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading cultural change and implementing user-focused H&S systems
- Strong knowledge of risk-based H&S systems, assurance programs, and critical risk management
- Proven ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in Health & Safety, Environment, or a related field (preferred)
