Responsibilities
  • Prescription Expert: Interpret and analyze prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer receives the correct prescription.
  • Frame Styling Specialist: Assist customers in selecting the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Quality Control Specialist: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles to ensure everything is correct before collection.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Deliver exceptional customer service, staying up-to-date on promotions and products, and confidently explaining contact lens specifications and suitability.
Qualifications
  • Cert IV Dispensing qualification required.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.
