Senior Manager, Student Integrity and Conduct
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our student integrity and conduct team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will champion fairness and integrity across our campuses.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Foster a fair, respectful, and accountable university environment by leading best practice approaches to student integrity, conduct, and complaints management.
- Champion the rights, safety, and wellbeing of all students.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualifications combined with extensive relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional expertise.
- Proven leadership in managing and improving integrity, conduct, and complaints frameworks, with a strong understanding of relevant legislative and sector best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in complex case and complaint management, including investigations into sexual misconduct, racism, gender-based violence, and disciplinary processes.
- Strong knowledge of customer protection, privacy, and administrative law, and the ability to apply this within the Higher Education Context.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to mentor high-performing teams, build trust, and communicate complex information clearly across diverse audiences.
Benefits
- A full-time, continuing position located at either Gold Coast, QLD 4225, Lismore, NSW 2480, or Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450, with generous relocation support available.
- The base salary ranges from $137,628 - $155,609 per annum, plus 17% employer's contribution to superannuation.
