As a Site Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our construction projects in Water Infrastructure, Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants.
You will be responsible for completing take-offs and preparing tender scope of works, as well as coordinating site visits with Sub-contractors.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil) and have demonstrated previous experience in Engineering.
We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable about project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete accurate and timely take-offs and prepare tender scope of works.
Prepare RFQ Packages and coordinate site visits with Sub-contractors.
Lead on the preparation of preliminary construction schedules.
E nsure all work is performed in accordance with ITP specifications.
Requirements:
A Degree-level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil).
Demonstrated previous experience in Engineering.
Working knowledge of construction projects in Water Infrastructure, Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants.
Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions.
