About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our high-performing team due to consistent growth across our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to investigate issues, clarify requirements, and communicate findings to customers and branch managers.
  • Provide engineered fluid power system solutions.
  • Coordinate preparation and approval of job costings, project proposals, and tender response documents.
  • Provide project management from quote acceptance to final customer acceptance.
  • Produce preliminary CAD circuits & drawings and compile related bills of materials (BOMs) as needed.
  • Provide technical training and support for workshop and graduate engineers; and maintain and develop own knowledge.
  • Achieve chargeable labour recovery.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will possess solid experience in fluid power and a desire to create solutions for our customers.

You will have project management experience with a sound engineering and hydraulics background, experience in fluid power system analysis, and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders are essential.
