Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and dedicated support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will provide assistance at home and in the community to individuals with various needs.

  • Transporting clients to appointments and activities
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing companionship and social interaction

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Disability and current First Aid and CPR certification. They will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Requirements
  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
  • Current Driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Australian Federal Police Check
  • NSW Working with Children's Check

The starting hourly rate is from $36.18 per hour + shift loadings + superannuation. We offer ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
