Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Rentals Associate to join our team.

As a Sales and Rentals Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with the sale and rental of musical instruments and gear.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers to and from vehicle with rental gear
  • Identifying individual customer needs and matching them with the right products and services
  • Demonstrating recommended products and explaining their features and benefits
  • Responding to telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up on product orders with customers and suppliers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues using a common sense approach
  • Maintaining knowledge of products, policies, and procedures
  • Participating in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements for this role include:

  • A strong background in music, with the ability to play at least one instrument
  • The capacity to demonstrate and educate customers on basic PA setup
  • An availability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
  • The physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs / 30kg
  • A positive attitude and steady composure under pressure
  • A proven strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
