Senior Investment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Manager to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our Private Capital team, you will be responsible for managing investor relationships, capital raising for new products, and working collaboratively with our Investor Relations team.
Key Responsibilities- Investor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with investor groups, including High Net Worth Individuals, Family Offices, Investment Advisers, Charities, and Endowments. Develop a deep understanding of their strategic goals and investment objectives to identify sales opportunities.
- New Products and Strategies: Capital raise for new product initiatives, including involvement in producing marketing collateral, investor pitches, commercial term negotiations, and lead conversion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our New Business team, including the Investor Relations team, to drive business growth and success.
- Qualifications: Minimum tertiary degree qualification in commerce, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in funds management, strategy, banking, corporate development, or distribution. Strong communication and presentation skills, familiarity with the real-estate and/or infrastructure funds management sector, and existing industry and investor contacts within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
- Skills: Proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion, achieving project goals. Strong verbal and written communication skills, comprehensive negotiation, mediation, conflict management, and customer retention skills.
