Heavy-Duty Ag Mechanic Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Heavy-Duty Ag Mechanic for our Agriculture Division.

Job Description:

As a Heavy-Duty Ag Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all systems on agricultural equipment such as tractors, hay tools, and other ag & turf implements. Your primary objective will be to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy-duty agricultural equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fluid changes, filter replacements, and testing of equipment.
  • Recondition pre-owned equipment to meet strict quality standards.
  • Accurately document work orders and warranty records.

Requirements:

  • Heavy Equipment Technician or Agriculture Equipment Technician certification is an asset.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to continue learning updated equipment technology.
