Supply Chain Coordinator

Our company is a global leader in medical devices, specializing in hearing solutions. We strive to deliver patient-focused products and offer opportunities for growth.

This 12-month contract role supports our collaborative Supply Chain team as a Supply Planning Assistant. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to local planning processes
  • Analyzing sales data and budgets versus forecasts
  • Communicating with suppliers and production teams regarding deliveries
  • Managing inventory levels
  • Coordinating purchase order entry and control of purchasing activities
  • Updating SOPs and assisting with supply and purchasing monthly reporting

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in the Healthcare or FMCG industries, particularly with Planning & Purchasing activities. Inventory control and working on ERP systems are also essential skills. Strong communication and attention to detail are necessary, along with a customer-focused attitude.
