**The opportunity**

As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations by forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a demand forecast based on historical sales data, trends, and sales assumptions.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure demand forecast accuracy and bias and inventory target/ turns.
- Manage New Product Introductions and product discontinuance.
- Create and maintain inventory targets, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer needs, reduce SLOB and minimize stock-outs.
- Lead demand consensus review with cross-functional teams to gather information, align objectives, and identify opportunities to improve demand plan

**Experience required**:

- Degree or TAFE Qualified in business, data science, supply chain or other relevant fields.
- 4+ years' experience in a demand planning/ forecasting role
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply/ Inventory role
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Adaptable and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in using SAP IBP forecasting software and S4 Hana an advantage.
