They will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to adult and paediatric patients across a diverse range of emergency presentations – including trauma, surgical, medical, and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to adult and paediatric patients across a diverse range of emergency presentations.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and the community.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
- Fast-tracked pathways for experienced ED nurses.
- Structured support for RNs transitioning into ED.
- Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol education.
- Regular simulation training and hands-on learning.
- Mass Casualty and Disaster Response preparation.
- Specialist ED training in Violence Prevention & Management.
- Strong commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation.
