Senior Healthcare Leader

As a Senior Healthcare Leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the delivery of high-quality patient care in a busy acute care facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe and efficient nursing practices, while ensuring high standards of care and optimising operational and business processes within the unit.

This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and a commitment to fostering a positive work culture, all while ensuring the continuous growth and development of the team.

The selected individual will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, playing a key role in strategic planning, policy development, and service delivery across the region.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Applicable vaccination requirements
