About the Role

We are seeking a Full-time Garden and Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance and Gardening team in Footscray.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Commercial Social Enterprise, providing on-the-job training and support to team members while focusing on garden maintenance and grounds upkeep.

About You
  • You must have qualifications in horticulture and proven experience in managing and planning building and grounds maintenance
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to select and use suitable tools and methods, including strong knowledge of electrical power tools and non-electrical manual tools
  • Gardens & grounds maintenance experience, including vegetation and refuse removal
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Horticultural qualification
  • Current National Police Record Check
  • Working with Children Check (if required)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • First Aid (HLTAID003) Certificate
