Role Overview

  • Prospect, onboard, and activate new renewable vendors within your portfolio

  • Own sales performance for your state/territory with a focus on deal flow, portfolio utilization, and origination growth
  • Stay ahead of competitor activity, market trends, and policy changes, providing valuable feedback to enhance offerings
  • Collaborate closely with relationship managers to optimize vendor engagement, retention, and performance
  • Execute disciplined sales activities, including vendor engagement, account reviews, and growth plan implementation
  • Clearly articulate competitive advantages and drive impactful sales strategies
About You

As a motivated, results-driven Business Development professional, you will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Your passion for renewable energy and sales success will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a high-paced sales environment
  • Proven success in business development, growing and managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Skilled at anticipating and resolving objections
  • Passionate and energetic representative of the brand
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience in point-of-sale finance is a plus, but not essential
