Office Experience Specialists play a vital role in ensuring business operations are supported efficiently and effectively within a safe and premium work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating, maintaining, and curating tenancies that optimize workplace experience and employee engagement.
  • Leading the Corporate Concierge team, including coaching, performance management, and development where required.
  • Ensuring fit-out meets brand standards and optimizes utilization, addressing issues as they arise, and managing workplace experience in collaboration with Digital and National teams.
  • Communicating proactively with occupants and reviewing content related to office spaces, updating as necessary for accuracy and reliability.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and improved efficiency/experience, leveraging technology to support communication and consistency across offices and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance with the National team.
  • Managing cleaning and waste streaming in line with contracts and organizational philosophy.
  • Liaising with Building Management to meet lease obligations and develop effective working relationships.
  • Coordinating office moves, minor works, and changes to floor plans.
  • Managing office security, access cards, programming of access doors, CCTV system access, and provision of consumables and services.

To succeed, you will have experience in office or facilities management, or extensive administration experience. Strong computer literacy, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
