Software Solutions Expert

This role requires an individual who can manage and develop strong relationships with customers and partners, providing them with trusted advice and solutions that meet their needs. Key areas of responsibility include understanding customer requirements and delivering optimal solutions, maintaining a strong knowledge of products and teaching customers about technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
  • Collaborate to resolve customer issues and feedback
  • Liaise between customers, contracts, and accounts receivable to facilitate commercial relationships
  • Utilize business tools to maintain customer relationship information, opportunity tracking, and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in electrical engineering or technical sales environment
  • Demonstrated success growing sales in a territory
  • Strong understanding of commercial terms and conditions
  • Ability to travel, communicate effectively, and learn new skills
  • Satisfactory background check results and negative drug test result(s)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using SEL products
  • Utility and Industrial industry experience
