Job Title: Building Intelligent Systems from Scratch

We are seeking a highly skilled Founding AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for building and shaping the backend infrastructure and tooling needed to productionize AI models in a safe, compliant, and scalable way.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality AI-powered products and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI strategies
- Design and develop robust and efficient algorithms and data structures
- Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI models into our products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to real-world problems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in AI development and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience working with large datasets and designing efficient data pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts and techniques
- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
