Job Title

A Centre Leader is required to join our dental team. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a flexible work environment.

  • Manage one of our industry-leading dental centres.
  • Support a wonderful team of dentists and dental assistants.
  • Run all aspects of the practice, including staff management, reporting, process improvements, and sales.

">Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • Dental or medical knowledge/experience (but experience outside the industry will be considered).
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate others and build relationships quickly.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective people management, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and recruitment.
  • Sound business and commercial acumen, with experience in working to set targets, KPIs, and rostering.
