Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist

We are an established Family oriented Dental Practice for 30+ years in East Geelong seeking a Full time or Part time Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist to join our highly skilled and dedicated team.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, hold high ethical values and enjoys patient centred approach.
- Have a caring attitude towards your team and patients.
- Have a **minimum of 1-2 years** of dental reception experience.
- Be able to multi-task in a caring team environment.
- Have a warm friendly personality.
- Have good organisational skills, with a can-do approach.
- Be able to show initiative and work independently when required.
**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Chair-side assisting/Sterilisation
- Be able to handling phone calls and manage appointment books.
- Process HICAPS claims and account management.
- Liaise with patients and practitioners.
- Do data entry and mailing tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
