Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Advisor to join our team. As a Procurement Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the Goods and Services Procurement Framework.

You will ensure that procurement processes align with organisational policies and guidelines. This will involve conducting market analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing tender documentation and evaluating supplier proposals. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

This is a temporary role within a reputable Victorian Government entity. You will work in a supportive and inclusive team environment, with flexible work arrangements and professional development opportunities available.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Experience in procurement within infrastructure or construction environments (Vic Gov experience desirable).
