We are seeking a senior digital marketing professional to lead our department in executing a comprehensive strategy across multiple channels.

This individual will be based in our office and must have 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and offline promotional planning with aspirations for growth, innovation, and positive outcomes.

  • Proven 5+ years of experience working in a similar role for a brand with grocery and pharmacy listings as well as D2C models.
  • Understanding Grocery & Pharmacy Retail Promotional Planning.
  • Able to create digital content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a highly effective strategy across multiple channels, scaling account spend while maintaining a healthy return on ad spend. They will work closely with the commercial team to manage co-op spending in pharmacy and grocery channels.

Key duties include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Managing co-op spending in pharmacy and grocery channels.
  • Hitting weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Running campaigns for business-as-usual products and one-off/limited edition campaigns.
  • Collaborating with creative teams to ensure paid marketing initiatives align with the brand strategy.
