Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Events Supervisor to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering seamless and standout events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and celebrations.

About the Role
  • This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring that every event meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event coordination or hospitality/event management, with a strong administration and sales skillset.
  • They will be highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, catering, AV, staffing, and décor.
  2. Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, including managing event bookings, details, and accurate record-keeping.
  4. Assist the F&B Manager and Assistant Manager with operational duties, including supervising event staff and ensuring smooth and efficient event operations.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of events.
  6. Maintain accurate records, run sheets, and event documentation, and prepare post-event reports.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality/event management, preferably with some experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong administration and sales skills, with experience in preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate team members, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
