Job Title: Automotive Technician

Are you an experienced mechanic looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for working with light vehicles and diesel/petrol engines?

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on light vehicles and diesel/petrol engines.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with light vehicles and diesel/petrol engines
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers

Requirements:

\
  • Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent tertiary qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a role similar to this one
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Previous experience with international students is highly desirable but not necessary
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required)
