Ignite is seeking highly skilled Systems Analysts to join our team in delivering key government and legislative priorities. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling the Department to maintain acceptable service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Owners, Scrum masters, and key stakeholders to identify, define, prioritize, and implement projects.
  • Deliverables such as User Story/Use Cases; Data Mapping; Business Specifications; Functional Specifications; Defect Resolution Specifications.
  • Stakeholder engagement, consultation, coaching, and liaison skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a System Analyst in SAFe projects.
  • Previous experience working within an IT project environment (minimum three years).

Desirable Skills:

  • Azure, Octane, JIRA, SQL, Visio, XML, Confluence, BitBucket (or similar).

About the Role:

This is a highly technical ICT role that requires knowledgeable analysts to enable the Department to deliver key government and legislative priorities and to maintain acceptable service standards.
